Holiday Inn Edinburgh is delighted to announce that we were formally recognised at the 2011 Scottish Hotel Awards ceremony. Our Academy won the Business Meeting and Events award and, our master chef Keith Liu received a special commendation for his amazing work in our restaurant, Sampans. Our General Manager was also in receipt of a highly coveted gold medal.
